Here we have a hazard which is an open trench that has nothing around it to prevent anyone falling into it. I have reported the hazard to the site manager.
I am a Modern Apprentice Bricklayer. I work for Tremlett & Griffiths ltd from Bridgend. I am currently studying NVQ level 2 and ICA Technical Certificate at Bridgend College, Pencoed Campus.

Did you have to complete any documentation when you reported these hazards?
I was told by my manager there was no need for me 2 complete any documentation.
